Executed the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (SITC) of integrated safety and security systems at Ambuja Cement Limited, Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh, in 2026. The project was carried out at a major cement manufacturing facility, a subsidiary of the Adani Group, which recently expanded its production capacity by adding 4 MTPA of clinker and operates captive power units of 33 MW and two 15 MW plants, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
The scope of work included implementation of a comprehensive Fire Alarm System for early detection, Public Address system for emergency communication, Access Control System for secure and controlled access, and CCTV surveillance system for continuous monitoring. All systems were seamlessly integrated with centralized monitoring to enhance plant safety, improve operational control, and ensure compliance with industry standards in a high-demand industrial environment.
