Executed the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (SITC) of integrated safety and security systems at Ambuja Cement Limited, Marwar, Rajasthan, in 2025. The project was undertaken at a state-of-the-art greenfield integrated cement plant, developed with an investment of ₹2,350 crore, featuring a clinker capacity of 3 MTPA and enhancing cement production by 5 MTPA, along with advanced Waste Heat Recovery System (WHRS) technology.
The scope of work included the implementation of a comprehensive Fire Alarm System for early detection, Public Address system for emergency communication, Access Control System for secure entry management, and CCTV surveillance system for real-time monitoring. All systems were seamlessly integrated with centralized monitoring to ensure enhanced safety, operational efficiency, and reliable performance across the plant, in compliance with applicable industry standards.
